Ros Lamont Chief Executive
As Chief Executive, Ros guides the company’s strategic direction, ensuring that our projects deliver on client and company objectives and guaranteeing TAB’s added value, impact and sustainability.
Ros oversees the management of the company, from business planning and organisational development to our research projects and audience development initiatives. She is also responsible for stakeholder relationships and fundraising, and for our broader links with industry bodies across Scotland and the UK. Ros is a board member of the Edinburgh Art Festival and of Audiences UK.
Ros came to TAB in 2004 from the Scottish Arts Council, where she worked as their first ever Head of Audience Development. Prior to this, Ros spent 10 years as an arts marketer for a range of organisations in both England and Scotland, including the RSNO, Theatre Workshop, a rural arts centre and festivals in Cumbria, and the Yorkshire agency now known as &Co.
